A: At The Plated Cake, the turnaround time for custom orders varies based on the complexity and size of the order. Generally, we recommend placing your custom order at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure we can bring your vision to life with the highest quality and attention to detail. For large events or highly intricate designs, a lead time of 4-6 weeks may be necessary. Our team is dedicated to crafting stunning and unforgettable cake stands, dessert trays, cupcakes, and decoration displays that are tailored to your celebrations. If you have a specific deadline or an urgent request, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Standard cake stands measurements: Base 13" in diameter; Stem 8" high; Plate (top) 10" diameter.

Sizes may vary depending on customer requests and specialty designs. Each stand is carefully packaged and boxed for safe keeping.

Product details and assembly materials prohibit use in microwaves, dishwashers, ovens, stovetops and heating elements.

Wipe surfaces with damp cloth and mild dish detergent. Do not use dishwasher. Do not submerge in water. Always carry stands from the bottom.
